The artist responsible for pulling these crowds is up-and-coming musician Tones and I and she’s taking the music-world by storm.
Having cultivated an incredibly strong following from her time busking, the release of her debut single Johnny Run Away has been met with huge success having been streamed over 500,000 times since its release a few short weeks ago!
Johnny Run Away is an incredibly emotive track which tells the personal story of a friend’s journey coming out.

Marx Music was extremely lucky to chat to the emerging artist about her latest single Johnny Run Away, her days busking and her upcoming performance at the sold-out Big Pineapple Festival.
